Routing Menu

Take callers to different branches by choosing an input for them to enter and a branch for the system to take them to!

Connect to a Number

Transfer callers from your phone line to any other number (e.g. to connect to a representative).

Dial Out

Make outgoing calls with the Caller ID of your line number by calling into your line and then visiting a dial branch. There, the number to call can be entered.

Area Code

Route callers based on their area codes! Each caller can be routed differently (e.g. to a branch in their language) based on the area code detected by our system. Each area code gets routed to a different branch.

Contact Labels

Ensure only registered people can access parts of your line. Save contacts under specific labels (or have the system automatically save them when callers reach a specific branch!) to route the call based on the label.

Based on Password

Protect specific branches (e.g. a listen voicemail branch) by creating a password. Only those who know the code will then be allowed through to the next branch. All other callers will not have access to the protected branch.

Voice API

Take advantage of our enhanced API system to integrate with your own software. Information can be processed and a response given to customers via the API build.

Personal Voicemails

Allow callers to leave voicemails and receive an email notification with the voicemail attached.
